What&#039;s great is that you can schedule the backups to run automatically, and choose whether you want just a database backup (mysql), or a full backup (database files).  This is available in the &quot;Advanced&quot; options menu but it&#039;s actually quite easy to use.</description>

		<description>Yes it is very difficult to take back up of all your blog manually when you out of place and net is not available. in that situation this type of plugins become handy.
