Every time I open a saved document or create a new one in Word, there’s a grid sitting behind my texxt making it really hard to read – is there any way I can remove this?

Cannot open attachments in Outlook Express
I cannot open any attachments in emails, whether they are Word documents or PDFs. Even attachments that used to open won’t and I don’t know what’s caused the change.
