How do I remove the tabs at the side of Windows Live Messenger?

My MSN Messenger has a bunch of tabs for different services I never use. How do I get rid of them?


Billy, who works for a travel health insurance company sent this question in. To tell you the truth, I didn’t know the answer to this off the top of my head, but I knew where to look and here’s the answer.

If you go into the Options panel, you can find where the Tab Options are. If you click on this you’ll see the screen below:

You’ll see an arrow pointing at a checkbox that lets you hide or show the tabs on your Contact Window. Just tick this, click OK and your tabs should have now disappeared.
