How do I strafe-jump in MW2?

I got this question over twitter and at first I was a bit confused what the person who asked it was talking about. Turns out he was talking about Call of Duty, Modern Warefare 2 for the xbox 360. The answer is pretty simple, but requires lots of practice.

To strafe jump, make sure you are in a high spot. You need to sprint to the edge, jump, and turn your player’s body all at the same time. Practice makes perfect, so make sure you get the hours in.
